Dr. Remington earned her Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University after completing a Bachelor of Science in biology at Wittenberg University in Springfield.
She completed her ocular disease residency at Erdey Searcy Eye Group, a surgical practice that emphasized management of urgent and chronic anterior segment disease, diabetes, glaucoma, and post operative care. She joined Ophthalmic Surgeons & Physicians in 2016.
Dr. Remington has a passion for full scope optometry, including comprehensive examinations, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma evaluation and management, post operative care, and emergency cases. She serves on the Arizona Optometric Association Board of Directors and was named Arizona Optometrist of the Year by the Arizona Optometric Association in 2024, an honor awarded by her peers in recognition of clinical excellence and service to the profession. Outside the office she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
